Will try to find the same. According to Sai SatCharitra, Johar Baba was defeated in spiritual debate with Janki Das, a saintly person in Shirdi and thus he left Shirdi.
In the TV serial it is shown that Johar Baba entered Dwarkamai while Sai Baba was performing Khand Yog (All the parts of Sai Baba were scattered around in Masjid. Johar Baba saw this an was afraid that somebody had murdered Sai Baba and threw the pieces of body around Masjid. He was afraid that he will be caught for rendering the body of Sai Baba in several pieces and so fled from Shirdi.
About the Khand yoga of Sai Baba, Meher Baba had said that the world war 2 was controlled by Sai Baba. So Sai Baba would scatter His body in pieces to take upon and feel the sufferings of the soldiers and people wounded in the World war 2.
